I cannot tell you how torn I am between sorrow of not experiencing the hustle and bustle of holiday parties, missed family gatherings, frigid weather that makes you appreciate that $4 coffee drink, shopping trips with tacky music in every store...etc etc.. AND appreciating the beauty of this years glory of all things simple: on-line shopping, hand selected music, lots of christmas movies, construction paper snowflakes and a happy lil family. :) Maybe after experiencing both I can perfect a beautiful marriage of the two experiences next year!
